PT Rekayasa Industri (Rekind) again held a Town Meeting. Different from previous implementation times. The event, which is also known as the Talk Meeting, was held on Friday (29/9), starting at 15.30 WIB.

However, the spirit of holding Rekind’s biggest gathering still reflects a strong atmosphere of togetherness. Almost all Rekindists poured out to attend it. President Director Triyani Utaminingsih, Yusairi Director of Operations and Technology/Development of Rekind were present at this activity, accompanied by a number of high-ranking Rekind officials, including heads of subsidiaries. From the Board of Commissioners, present were Doddy Rahadi and M.M. Restu Hapsari, the strong solidarity shown in the annual Rekind event.

The important point of this activity fully touches on the restructuring of Rekind, which is included as one of the major schemes of the Corporate Restructuring Plan (RPP). However, not all points are explained clearly, only certain topics, considering that all stages of the RPP are still in an almost converging process.

Rekind’s President Director, Triyani Utaminingsih, emphasized that currently the RPP is still being developed by the same team. It is hoped that a number of changes will make the implementation process faster and better. One of the points of change concerns State Capital Participation (PMN), in which case Rekind was not mentioned by the Indonesian Ministry of Finance as a candidate company to obtain it in 2024. “But a PMN replacement scheme is being prepared by our stakeholders to be able to make Rekind like before. “Conditions like these need to be adjusted,” said Triyani Utaminingsih in her introductory remarks.

The RPP which is currently being prepared is expected to enter the final stage at the end of October 2023. It is hoped that with the completion of the RPP, Rekind can obtain new projects, which will be adjusted through special decisions from Rekind’s holding and shareholders.   “What is clear is that progress in the past 6 months has been very aggressive.

“The RPP which is currently being discussed, we hope will be the final version of all the series of processes to enter the finalization stage and be executed immediately,” explained Yusairi, Director of Operations and Technology/Development at Rekind during his presentation before Rekindist.

Triyani Utaminingsih admitted that she was proud of the performance shown by all Rekindists to the company, especially in terms of their struggle, enthusiasm and patience. In challenging conditions, projects continued to run well, such as in Jambaran Tung Biru, RDMP Baikpapan, CDU Balongan and the Lombok Project. “The work enthusiasm of all Rekindists encourages the RPP to be completed immediately. In Shaa Allah Rekind can walk again. “Rekind is rising again and it can already be seen,” explained Triyani Utaminigsih, a little emotional.
