Jakarta Monday, 10 December 2018,it was arguably an important and historic moment for PT Rekayasa Industri. How come, on the day that coincided with the 61st Anniversary of PT Pertamina (Persero), the Rekind joined in the Joint Operation (JO) with three EPC and infrastructure companies entered into a contract for the Balikpapan EPC ISBL-OSBL RDMP project with PT Pertamina (Persero).
The signing of the contract was held at the Mezanine Ballroom, PT Pertamina’s Headquaarter, Jl. Medan Merdeka Timur 1A, Central Jakarta. Witnessed by Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Ignasius Jonan, Minister of SOE, Rini Soemarno, Coordinating Minister for Economy Darmin Nasution President Director of PT Pertamina (Persero) Nicke Widyawati and President Commissioner of PT Pertamina (Persero) Tanri Abeng.
Rekind joined in JO was appointed as winners in the tender for EPC Inside Battery Limit (ISBL) and Outside Battery Limit (OSBL) of the Balikpapan RU-V RDMP Project.
The signing of this contract marks the start of the construction of RDMP Balikpapan, after going through the auction process on March 15 – November 26 2018 it was declared completed and the winner was announced on November 30, 2018.
