The spirit of struggle and togetherness that burned to win Indonesia’s independence also radiated from the Home Office of PT Rekayasa Industri (Rekind), Thursday 17 August 2023. This radiance was reflected when the only state-owned EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) company held a commemoration ceremony. 78th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia.

The ceremony, which started promptly at 07.00 WIB and was simple, received enthusiasm from all employees. Led directly by the President Director of Rekind, Triyani Utaminingsih as the ceremony supervisor.

The ceremony at Rekind is a bit different. The atmosphere of solemnity and togetherness enveloped him deeply. The picture this time lies in the figure of Budi Adi Nugroho, who at the independence ceremony was appointed as Ceremony Commander. Interestingly, the man who is familiarly known as BAN, works as Director of Operations at PT Rekayasa Engineering (RE), one of Rekind’s subsidiaries. The participants were also diverse, both from Rekind itself and its subsidiaries.

From a simple point of view, this spirit of togetherness can be described as a manifestation of strong solidity between Rekind and its subsidiaries, especially in navigating the EPC business where in recent decades, competition has become stronger and more complex.

This spirit of togetherness is an important factor in supporting the progress and existence of this company in the future, especially in being able to remain standing on the same vision, beliefs and intentions as the embodiment of the company’s best performance.

Through all this enthusiasm, it is possible to give birth to new breakthroughs that lead to big and new changes for the company, especially in realizing a more mature and mature Rekind to face challenges.
