Even though it falls on Sunday, November 10, 2024, PT Rekayasa Industri (Rekind) still holds a Heroes’ Day flag ceremony with full solemnity. The ceremony, which took place in the courtyard of the ROB II Building, Rekind Head Office, was characterized by high nationalism and a deep commitment to remembering the services of the nation’s heroes. 

This ceremony was led by Rekind’s President Director Triyani Utaminingsih, who delivered a national message in the spirit of modern heroism. The uniqueness of this event lies in the appointment of PT Pupuk Indonesia Niaga SVP Logistics Olyvia Jilly ONG as Ceremony Commander. 

 

Her presence is not just carrying out her duties but is also a strong symbol of PT Pupuk Indonesia Group’s support for the Respectful Workplace. This is the first time in Rekind’s history that a woman has led an official Heroes’ Day ceremony, giving a new color to the company’s commitment to the values ​​of equality. 

In her speech, Triyani Utaminingsih stressed the importance of the heroic spirit today. “Today, our battlefield is different, but the spirit of heroism must remain alive in every Rekind person. “Today’s heroes are those who work with dedication and integrity and make a real contribution to the nation,” she said.

 

This message reminds us that heroes are no longer just those who fight but also every individual who struggles to create progress, bring prosperity to all Indonesian people, and strive to advance the nation’s science and technology. 

Triyani Utaminingsih also emphasized that Indonesia now needs figures who are capable of being agents of change. “We hope that this Heroes’ Day commemoration is not just an annual ceremony. “Hopefully, at each anniversary, new inspiration will emerge, figures will be born who utilize innovation to uphold heroic values ​​according to the challenges of the times,” he said. Through this commemoration, Rekind hopes to encourage creative people who will make the nation proud in the eyes of the world.

 

The Heroes’ Day ceremony at Rekind lasted for 30 minutes, attended by the Board of Directors, Management, and all employees of Rekind and its subsidiaries, PT Pupuk Indonesia Niaga, and PT Pupuk Indonesia Utilitas. This shows strong support between entities in commemorating this national moment.

Through this activity, Rekind not only commemorates the services of heroes but also strengthens the determination to continue to innovate and create, in line with the noble ideals of the heroes who have gone before us.
