Governor of South Sumatera Visits LPG Lembak Project in Sumatera.

Thanks to God Almighty, on the beginning of June 2007 LPG Lembak Project (located in Simpang Y, South Sumatera) has successfully operated certain units of the project’s systems, such as Gas Engine Generator, Dehydration System, Compressor System and Hot Oil system. Simultaneously, Mr. Vinod Laroya, President Director of PT LPG (as owner of the Project) together with Mr. Triharyo I. Soesilo, CEO of Rekind, giving their time to visit the project location which located 20 km from Palembang. Thanks to God, at the end of June 2007, LPG Lembak Project has entered into commissioning stage.

LPG Lembak Project is planned to start producing LPG in the third week of July 2007. It is an honor for Rekind’s and PT LPG’s LPG Lembak Project team that the Governor of South Sumatera, Mr. Syahrial Oesman, would visit the project. In such opportunity, the Governor was welcomed by MR. Vinod Laroya, some of PT LPG’s staffs and Mr. Eko Tjipto, Project manager and representative of Rekind. The Governor and all the attendances are very pleased with the project team’s achievement of completing the project within 8 (eight) months.

As additional information, REKIND is actively involved in this project as an effort in deal with shortage of LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas) in Indonesia. Rekind’s scope of works in this 60 MMSCFD project are consisted of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC). Congratulation to all the project team led by Mr. Eko Tjipto, Mr. Sabilal Aries and all related lines in home office.
