Signing Contract Lahendong III Geothermal Power Plant Project

The signing ceremony of Geothermal Lahendong III Project is held on March 21st 2007 in Subang. Such signing ceremony is held simultaneously with the official visitation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Dr. Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono to the location of SBG-C/2 Subang area, Java region, in coincidence with the inauguration of the projects in the energy sector (electricity and oil & gas), which is organized by the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia. The Geothermal Lahendong III Project is the continuation/extension of the Geothermal Lahendong II Project, which has the same capacity (1 x 20 MW). The project, which is located in Manado, North Sulawesi, shall be completed in 22 months. Acting as the main contractor for this project is Sumitomo Corporation, while REKIND and Fuji Electric System shall act as the nominated subcontractor of Sumitomo Corporation.
