The Signing of Memorandum of Understanding between Rekind and BPPT

On Monday, March 15, 2010, the MoU between Rekind and the Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology (BPPT) was signed at the office of BPPT, Jakarta by the Chairperson of BPPT Dr. Ir. Marzan A. Iskandar and the CEO of Rekind, Ir. Triharyo I. Soesilo, M. ChE. On the same time, another memorandum of understanding was also signed between BPPT, PT Inka and PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy (PT PGE).

The signing of this memorandum of understanding is aimed at improving the technology engineering capacity, innovation and diffusion through the assessment, development and application of technology. The scope of duties to be performed by Rekind as the implementation of the said cooperation is to conducting assessment, development and application of technology in any sector, including but limited to Geothermal Industry which is developed by Rekind. This agreement is effective for the next 2 years.

We have great hope that this cooperation will produce a beneficial result to improve the welfare of Indonesian people.
